Test letter 12-23-1991 This letter may contain up to 40 lines of text. The text is printed and centered vertically based on the number of text lines entered. You may enter variables. When printing, the variables will be replaced by information in the clients file. Press F1 to see what these variables are. For Example: Your current balance is *CURRENT*. Your membership expires on **CONTRACT*START**. You will have the choice to print a letterhead or use preprinted stationairy. This feature may be specifeid in the Manager's Menu. This letter may be send to selected clients based on a number of criteria or to one client or all clients. If you import a letter, the text must have been save in ASCII (text) mode.
